IGT’s first sbX™ system in Europe sold to France’s Casino d’Evian

Reno / United States / 2010-01-29 (GlobalGamingPR) - (HOOFDDORP, The Netherlands – Jan. 26, 2010) -- International Game Technology announced today that its Exclusive French Distributor LUDI S.F.M. has signed an agreement to install the sbX™ Experience Management System at Casino d’Evian in France. This is IGT’s first European agreement for sbX™.

Europe’s first sbX™ sale was accomplished by IGT’s French distributor, Ludi S.F.M., and provides open access to IGT’s expansive server-based game library of more than 100 international themes and its sophisticated “download and config” capabilities are an ideal proposition for the French market. sbX™ Floor Manager works within the existing French regulatory requirements for game conversions and is scheduled for a field trial with the French gaming authorities.

Casino d’Evian is a contemporary French 300 machine casino located on the idyllic shores of Lake Geneva in an area also renowned for its local spring water.
