City of Dreams Garnered Best Customer Experience of the Year Award from International Gaming Awards 2012 - Melco Group

Hong Kong, January 26, 2012 – City of Dreams, the flagship integrated resort of Melco Crown Entertainment Limited ("Melco Crown Entertainment" or "the Company") (SEHK: 6883) (Nasdaq: MPEL), garnered Best Customer Experience of the Year Award from International Gaming Awards (IGA) 2012.

Announced at a gala held on January 23, 2012 in London, the Award recognizes City of Dreams’ outstanding customer service, as well as its diverse array of unique world-class entertainment experiences, including The House of Dancing Water, the world’s largest water-based show; Dragon’s Treasure, the award-winning multi-media extravaganza; and Club Cubic, Macau’s swankiest club.

The Award is the seventh award Melco Crown Entertainment received from IGA in the past three years. Past awards from IGA include Best Casino Operator award for three consecutive years from 2009 to 2011 in recognition of the Company’s vision, originality and vitality that set it apart from the others in the gaming market; Best Casino VIP Room and Best Casino Interior Design for City of Dreams in 2011; as well as Best Casino Interior Design for Altira Macau in 2008, a contemporary luxurious casino hotel, operated by a Macau subsidiary of Melco Crown Entertainment.
